Sword of the Meek
Pay one and sacrifice the Sword to the Foundry

Thopter Foundry
You get a 1/1 and gain one life, so you equip the sword to it from your grave.
Krark-Clan Ironworks
Sacrifice the Sword again, using one of the mana to activate the foundry and sac the thopter.
